The award-winning redesign of the Welcome to your plan package is used to engage new members, introduce them to the plan, and provide them with up-to-date information.

The original product had few cohesive elements, was expensive to produce, difficult to distribute and, without pockets to hold in the included materials, created frustration for users.

To save money, streamline the distribution process and improve user experience, a generic, brandable, folder was created. A custom die cut, echoing the circle found in My Account, showcases each plan by inserting a plan-specific letter, the back of which is flooded with the plan’s brand colour; a business card is also included, and other material (e.g., workshop information) may be added.
